Oreo Cookie Balls

This is probably the easiest dessert recipe ever with only 3 ingredients! Great for parties or for home :)

OREO COOKIE BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound vanilla-flavored candy coating, melted (I use white almond bark)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and cream cheese to form a stiff dough. Roll into balls and dip with a fork in melted candy coating. Let rest on waxed paper until set.

*NOTE*

- I use my food processor to crush up the oreos very fine so you don't have any chunks.
- Some almond barks take longer to set, you may want to place them in a pan to put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. I don't like them cold, but it depends on the person.

  2. Avi- I would say it makes between 20-30 depending on how large your roll the balls. They're my husbands favorite!
